Send mass email when a Task in the Planner is assigned

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to trigger a flow when a Task is assigned and send out a mass email? Currently I can only see 3 triggers available under the Planner.

@v-LilyW-msft This is very helpful! I had an additional question. I have created a flow that sends an email to the assigned person. However, is there a way that this flow could be triggered by other people as well? I would like for it to be universal where whenever anyone assigns someone a task, an email is sent. Im not sure if this is possible without having to manually have each staff member create this same flow. Is there an option I can use to where one flow is created and triggered by everyone in my team? Thanks!

Thanks for your response.

Currently Flow has the trigger for “When a task is assigned to me”, which could not be used to trigger the flow when a task is assigned to other user.

If you would like to trigger the flow when a task is assigned to anybody, user have already made feedback on this issue. Please consider voting for this idea:

Thank you for your reply. I'm actually looking to send email AFTER the task was already created. Currently we have 50+ tasks created for a project, I would like to send an email out when a person is assigned to that task. I could not find any trigger that would allow this, am I correct?

Do you want to send emails to all assigned people after a planner is created?

If yes, you can use When a new task is created.

I set up a flow ,you can refer to the below screenshots.

When a new task is created, assigned people will receive the email.
