Hi folks,

Need help to create a Power Automate flow to get all & only the Distinct Country & Department names from Office365 in two different SharePoint list .one name as "Department_list" & another "Country_list"

Note : Office 365 has 30k+ users record, also Department & County field must have distinct values with no blank values in SharePoint.

It would be grateful if someone share a solution.

So you already have two listes including duplicated departments and countries?

You need to list the distinct departments and countries?

Thanks ,Qi for the solution it is working .

But I need another help .it also showing a "null" in compose .I wants to remove null value & create item in a SharePoint list in a department column.

Ok & please correct me the next step will be "apply to each action" output will be [body] of filter array then "Create item" action for SharePoint list department value will also be filter array value.

Please correct me ,if I am wrong

Please correct me ,what wrong I have done in the flow step as I am getting "HR",in a SharePoint column with special characters not only the name HR

Please help me to resolve this issue.
