Anyone figured out a creative way to be able to detect you started/joined a meeting to trigger other events?

    Quite Interesting scenario

I was thinking over it and since there is no direct trigger to trigger the flow when online meeting is started,  But on a highlevel it can be done using another trigger 😊

May i know one thing - so you need to perform the actions only when the teams meeting is started by a specific user (or yourself )  ?

    Thanks & Regards,

Myself.   There are several things I want to do upon this trigger.  Which I can already do if I just had a trigger.

    1) Turn an auto reply message while I am in Teams, letting people know I am in a teams meeting when they reach out and understand I may not respond right away and to tell them another urgent trigger to use if it's emergency (production has stopped or something) as sometimes meetings are hours long and I would like the comfort of knowing I can ignore messages and there's no emergency.
    2) Turn a light on my office door red so people know that I am in a live meeting and not to bother me unless emergency
    3) Open OneNote to a certain section that I keep meeting notes in and enter a few pieces of key information regarding the meeting
    4) Open up my browser to a few dashboards that contain information that are usually relevant to questions asked in my typical meetings.
    5) Change my office lights to optimal settings for meetings

And just like that, ready to go with everything I need during the meeting.
