Attended/Unattended Error: "Problem while executing action 'ClickAt'. Failed to send mouse click." Flow Runs in PAD.

I'm trying to automate a file upload. It works when I run the flow through Power Automate Desktop, but when I try to run the same flow attended or unattended it will fail when I try to send a mouse click to a given X/Y position.

The flow also seems to fail to click a UI or web page element when I tried to have the step click a "Choose File" button instead of a fixed-position mouse click, although it does seem to be able to click/select radio and login buttons.

I've tried to use Javascript to programatically "click" the button, but I get an error stating that the action requires user activation. Any ideas or suggestions?
