Restrict public access for Community template by default

When a portal is created with Community template, by default anonymous users can access thread post including the attachments.

It may cause security issue if the admin doesn't know how to change forum permission via management app.

Maybe the product team can consider to restrict the anonymous access by default.

There is an out of the box Web Role called Anonymous Users which will have Table Permissions allowing access. You can either remove the Table Permissions from the Web Role or uncheck the Anonymous checkbox on the Web Role itself (when checked it means that anyone not logged in will inherit the Permissions of that Role, note: they do not need to be checked to be used but if not checked you need to manually Assign the Web Roles to each user's Contact record)
