Why are the USGov connectors not listed in the Azure Portal?

I'm trying to create a Network Rule in the Azure Firewall Policy to connect to Powerapps in the GCC environment.  According to the documentation found here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/common/outbound-ip-addresses#power-platform the correct Service Tags for the GCC environment are AzureConnectors.USGov, AzureConnectors.USGovIowa, AzureConnectors.USGovTexas, AzureConnectors.USGovVirginia.
None of these SErvice Tags show up in the drop down menu in the Azure Portal when creating a Network Rule for Azure Firewall Policy.
