ALM : How to get every flow and canvas app of a solution to share it with users (as owners)?

Hi,

I'm trying to import a solution from (Azure Devops) and share its flows and canvas app with a group of user.

Is there any way, in flow, either with PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerPlatform connectors or with DataVerse Connector and Tables/Relationships to get the list of components of a solution ?
