Get the current time not in Gadgets, pads or mobile

Hello,
 
I developed an application for attendance and has a limited time for scanning QR Code.
 
The problem is users can work around by changing their time in their mobile phones or gadgets.
 
How to prevent or get the time in the UTC or any solution for this scenario.

    When the process starts, I would suggest that you Patch or write a record to a SharePoint list.
     
    You can then retrieve the 'Created' date of this record. Because this date is generated at the Server, it'll remain accurate if the users change the time on the device. 
     
    At the end of the process, you can repeat the same process to determine the amount of time that it's taken to complete the process.

    I'm using the time as criteria if the time is not between from the start and end of the grace period then they cannot scan the QR code.
     
    Is there any way to get directly the server date and time?
