Dear all,
I'd like to understand deeply Power Apps Portal licensing for external (authenticated) users.
If I navigate to "https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/portals/", I can see that this portal costs 200$/month. And below that sentence, it says "100 daily logins sessions". This leads me to believe that an undetermined number of external users could access monthly, at a rate of 200$, while no more than 100 users log in on the same day.
But when I revise the Power Apps Portal licensing guide, in "Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents Licensing guide.pdf (Feb 2020)", I cannot read any reference to the previous conditions. Moreover, what I can read is that "100 logins per month" cost 200$.
So my mind is confused... Does that mean that there is only a limitation of no more than 100 logins per day? Or does it mean no more than 100 logins may access the portal per month? Or perhaps does this mean that no more than 100 logins may be done per day AND no more than 100 logins may be done per month?
Depending on the answer, customers may be interested in portals or not due to "excessive" monthly costs.
Thank you a lot for your attention and help!
