Power Pages Site - Add Users to a Private Site

I have a Power Pages Site which will be used for just internal users of the organisation. The Site visibility is set to Private.

As per the mandatory requirement for this activity,

> I am only using Azure AD Authentication.

> Local Sign In and Self Register option for user are disabled and will remain disabled (so users can't self register)

Now in order to add users to my site, I usually add them manually one by one in the below screen shown below, under 'Grant Site access'.

My Question:

1) I have more than 500 users to be added to this site, What is the best way to add users to Power Pages site (rather than adding manually)?

2) In Microsoft Learn article, Site visibility in Power Pages | Microsoft Learn  it is mentioned that we can only add up to 50 users. How can we get pass that limit ? Can we add 500 AAD users to private site ? What are the options ?

I am having the same problem.

I would like to add my organization employees to the private Power Pages site.

Adding them manually one by one is not an option.

What can I do to make it happens?

You should use the webrole authenticated users for the Identity provider EntraID and require authenticated users for all pages.

Ensure your site is ready via the checklist and perhaps configure your trusted public ip in the waf.

Than you configure Site visibility to public and add  all EntraID users to allow logon.

Additionally to what Christ0f said, you can check the contact and its associated webroles within the view "portal contact (enhanced)" if you are using the new model or "portal contact" if you are on the old data model.
The subgrid should show you all associated webroles. You can either create your own webroles for certain cases or rely on the oob once as the authenticated user.
