Approval Button cannot work in outlook email

I have set up an approval workflow using Microsoft Power Automate automated flow. In most cases, users will be able to do the approval flow directly from their Outlook email.

 

However, I have noticed that for some cases, users are receiving emails with buttons which appear strange, and when clicked, take them to a new page instead of entering comments in the next step of the approval flow. After several minutes, the email will revert back to the normal approval email.

    @JuanDU  usually the buttons appear in approval email when there is an email security which is blocking actionable messages in outlook. You can check with your exchange team where any email security like mimecast or any other is applied on emails.
