I have a MS customer service portal that is configured for knowledgebase article search. This is working well. What I want to be able to capture the search text that my users are typing into the KB search bar from the portal page.
Is there any way to do this? I've searched through google and MS Learn but I cannot find anything that talks about how to do this or how to configure a power BI report to provide the desired analytics. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
