Hello,
We are facing problem in importing Power App package to production environment as "Encountered internal server error from Azure Resource". Detailed error is mentioned in attached image.
Please help as soon as possible.

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:
Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in your PowerApps again, try the Import functionality, check if the issue is solved.
