File upload not appearing as expected in Power Apps portal Form

Hi all,

I'm attempting to build a Power Apps portal form which will allow anonymous customers to complete several questions and upload an file. I've tried several methods but have not had any luck in getting this functionality to work. Is there some limitation or setting I might not be aware of?

I've taken the steps in this article Set up notes as attachments for basic and advanced forms - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs, the upload file box does not appear at the bottom of my form as expected.

I've exhausted every suggestion I could find using an internet search and I'm not sure what my next steps should be.

Attachment will be available for edit form not on create form.

Morning, thanks for your response. I've set as in your image and in the documentation you provided. Sadly no upload option appears when viewing the form in my portal. Images below show the activities tab as in your documentation, the design of my form in classic view, and the form as it appears in my portal.

Do you have any other suggestions?

In the above Link Step no. 9

Please open via Classic UI

Choose Web Client Tab and Set the Notes there this should work as expected after you save and Publish the form

Let me know if you still face any issues
