I wish to edit the text in the green alert field shown in the screenshot below due to the text in Swedish being grammatically incorrect. It is displayed after being directed to the support page after the user has filled out the form for creating a new case to inform that a new case has indeed been created. I am using the customer self-service portal template and have failed to find information on how to fix this.

How can I edit the text displayed in the green alert block?

There are 2 Content Snippets (if not present you will need to create them - they have default values if not present) that you can access using the Portal Management app.

    The first line: CustomerService/Support/A_Case
    The second line: CustomerService/Support/CaseCreated

(if creating them they are both text.)

You can see them being referenced inside the Web Template "Customer Service-support case deflection" which is included in the Web Template "My Support" (which is sits behind the Page Template of the same name, which is linked to the Web Page in question).
