How to covert a test portal to production

Hello

I've been developing a Power Apps Portal combined with Dataverse entities and some flows for my company and I want to make it available for other coworkers but when I try to convert it, theres an error mentioning a license.

Are there any other steps that I'm missing? or is it an issue with my account?

    Hi @Alfredo_Russo

Are you using power pages or powerapps portal?

    It's a Power Apps Portal.

The exact error message would be helpful, please. Thank you.

Perhaps you do not have storage available.

    This is the error message:

    Captura foro.PNG

It roughly translates to: "You can't convert this test portal to production because you don't have the apropiate license"

I checked out the storage availability and it seems I never had storage space to begin with

Which license do I need to get storage and convert a portal?

    Hi @Alfredo_Russo

    To make it simple.

    1. Step 1: You should have your Power Apps license to access the Power Apps Portals

    2. Step 2: If you have an appropriate license then the next step is to use the Power Apps Portal design studio and press the Convert button which is visible on the top.

    Hope it helps.

@Alfredo_Russo Typically, for this purpose, you’ll need a Power Apps Per User Plan or a Power Apps Per App Plan. These plans include the necessary storage capacity and features required to create and manage Power Apps Portals. You can check your current license and available features in the Microsoft 365 admin center or by contacting your Microsoft licensing administrator. If you don’t have the required license, you’ll need to purchase or upgrade to one of these plans to proceed with converting your portal to production. If you need further assistance with licensing or any other issue, feel free to ask.
