ReportHi everyone,
I am trying to download the word template from the record but it is not working. I have system admin priviliges and I am the owner of the app. When I try to click on "Upload Template" or "Download Template", nothing works. However, when I try to donwload the test templates that I have added through dynamics 365, it says "Downloaded successfully", but it does not download. What can be the issue? Also, how can I download these as a pdf file?
