Harvest Connector Selection

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help.

We currently use a custom app in Dynamics that creates a harvest entry specific to the user that actioned it (timeline entry).

The developer that created this has now left and we do not have the means to maintain this.

We are looking to migrate to Harvest Flow integration (https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/shared_harvest/harvest/).

Has anyone been able to create a flow that:

- Is available to manual action on the timeline of a Dynamics 365 case.

- Required selection from list of projects.

- Required selection from list of tasks.

- Required Time (x.xx or x:xx)

- Required input for task's work completed by the engineer (to populate notes, also to include.

- Auto: Add case ID & content of a specific custom field (of the case).

So far we have the an understanding of flow and how to link things and automate things.

The bigger hurdle at the moment is providing the lists of projects and tasks to the user when making the entry, so that we can use that input to populate the project/task requirements of the harvest "Add a new Harvest Entry" template (https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/7ff7b98019f611e7b94ab731b720898d/add-a-new-harvest-entry/).

The list of projects and tasks actions are available in Flow, but how do we present that to the user for selection?

Any help would be amazing.
