Hi All

Hoping someone is able to assist.

Currently experiencing an issue when trying to upload a new image to our Dynamics Marketing library.

Please see attached image and below text.

Business process error

Exception 'InvalidPluginExecutionException' occured: Configuration entity is not present, CorrelationId: 7468dbef-91e9-4d61-a5c4-1224b360cfec

There shouldn't be any business process flows attached to this entity, so not sure where this issue is coming from?

Hi @Nickvdh

To display custom plugin errors, create the site setting Site/EnableCustomPluginError and set its value to True.

You can also enable the "Diagnostic logging"

Once you have enabled it then, you can clearly see what's causing the plugin error.

I'm having the same issue with the Marketing image library too - did you find a fix for this, please?

Hi All

We ended up logging a support ticket with Microsoft and after a bit of investigation from their side, they sent us a minor hotfix for this issue.
Once installed we could make use of the image library in Marketing
