I've been trying to automate storing an email attachment in a SharePoint library I administer. However, when I try to create the connector or flow I can't because I'm told the Outlook connection can't be found. It also tells me I have an "invalid connection". I've tried to "fix" the issue using the text link, but it doesn't matter no matter how many times I try to enter the information.
I did find some info online and it seemed to indicate an admin would need to enable my mailbox. However, I have no idea if that's the case.
Has anyone else come across this? If so, how is it fixed?
I just discovered that we don't have Exchange Online mailboxes setup yet, meaning we're not able to use the Outlook connector, until our mailboxes are migrated over. That may take some time. So, stuck for the time being.
Yes, Outlook works normally otherwise. As far as a screen shot is concerned, I'm not sure how that might help, but here is a screen capture of what I see when I try starting a flow:
When I hover the mouse over the red circle to the right of "Office 365 Outlook", it reads "Connection not Found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection." However, it doesn't matter how many times I try adding a new connection, it never works.
On the other hand, when I go to the "Connections" page, I see all the connections I have, including a connection to Outlook. Moreover, there is no warning telling me the Outlook connection is bad in any way. All appears good. In fact, I can see there's a connection to "Mail", "Outlook" and "Outlook 365" and all appear to have no issues.
Hi @KRDL ,
Can you use Office365 outlook and send email to others?
Could you share any screenshot?
