Customer Self Service Portal template is not visible

Hi,

I would like to create a customer self-service portal, but I cannot find the template for it in my environment.
My environment includes customer engagement apps such as sales and customer service.
Can anyone help me understand why the template is not appearing?
Is there something I might be overlooking?

Hi @Anky07

If you are getting the below error. Please see screenshot below

The simple answer is while creating an environment you should select "Enabled Dynamics 365 apps"

Then you can create customer self service portals

NB: You should also have Power Pages active license to perform this activity.

I have the same issue today. The usual D365 Portal templates are not available.

@ragavanrajan - as @Anky07 stated he does have the required D365 Apps installed.
