How to figure out the number of web servers in a Dataverse environment

Hi,

We are planning to develop an external application (portal application) that uses the Dataverse via the .NET SDK to fetch/store data.
This application will have huge traffic peaks, so we need to plan a good architecture so that we don't hit the limits of the API:

However, it says that these limits are enforced per user and per web server.
And it says that:
Each web server available to your environment will enforce these limits independently. Most environments will have more than one web server. Trial environments are allocated only a single web server. The actual number of web servers that are available to your environment depends on multiple factors that are part of the managed service we provide. One of the factors is how many user licenses you have purchased.
My question is exactly how many web servers are there in an environment?
Is there any way I can test this or perhaps see it?
What exactly are these factors?
Can I change the number of web servers manually?
Or what range can I calculate with, is it only 2 or maybe 20?

I searched a lot and didn't find any answers.

Thanks,
Johannes
