I have a requirement where I have to connect SharePoint list to power pages without connecting it to data verse.
(I have connected SharePoint to power pages with the help of data verse tables ).

Power Pages works with Dataverse only, you cannot directly integrate with Sharepoint.

Other than that it's not possible to create a power page without dataverse.
If you simply want to add some data to sharepoint you can use a power automate flow with a webhook.
