Convert Date Time column to 12-hour format on Export to Excel in Power Portal

While exporting a view to excel from power portal, date time columns are in 24-hour format. However, in the view they are shown in 12-hour format. I want to be able to download to excel with 12-hour format.

The export to Excel on Lists etc is provided as is and you can't change anything regarding formatting etc.
You would have to build your own if you wanted specific formatting etc.
