Can't create a portal

I'm having a problem when trying to create a portal in Power Apps. Originally I only had the Office 365 license but have now started a free trial for Power Apps aswell as a Power Apps developer plan. When trying to create a portal I'm in the newly created environment that came with my developer plan. But I still get an error message saying "You don’t have appropriate permissions to create a portal in this environment". 

 

I have the System Administrator role in Common Data Service and the Access Mode Read-Write. 

 

I would appreciate any tips 🙂

    Hi @Hanna_R 

     

    If you have proper roles assigned.  Try Ctrl + F5 which will do the hard refresh. Normally it will take some time. If you still have a problem then I would say in your Azure Active Directory > your company might have turned off the App registrations or they might have denied you creating an App Registration role.

     

    Regarding App Registrations: Please check the following steps: 

     

    1. Log in to https://portal.azure.com/ 

    2. Search for Azure Active Directory >User Settings > Check the below settings

    3. Check whether the user can register applications is turned off. If so then you need to contact your Azure Administrator to create the portal for you. Once created then you can ask them to add you as an owner of the application.
