I am facing one issue related to forgot password i.e it is throwing an error saying:
An unknown failure has occurred. Error ID # [de2f9e32-9a5b-4cc4-ad55-d22050c4bf31]
I have gone through the below link to get some solution but it is not clear to me what exactly the solution will be. According to the link, it seems the contact whose owner is "System" they are not able to set the new password from the portal as System Owner is not having a valid email id to use in "From" while sending mail to reset the password.
