How to do Xlookup between 2 sharepoint files in Power Automate?

Hi all,

I got a table on Sharepoint (which is filled in when a form is submitted) I want to xlookup to from an other table on Sharepoint. How can I do this?

Hi @MarcoW91 ,

Could you please tell me:
1.Is the table you mentioned a SharePoint list?
2.Suppose you have two lists, do you want the data in the form to populate one of the lists when the form is submitted?
3.Do you want to get the data in another list based on the columns in the filled list?

You can use the create Item action to save the form's information in a list.
Use the action of get items, and then search another table based on a column in the filter query.

I have made a test for your reference:
1.I have two SharePoint lists, '629.2' used to hold the data submitted by the form. '629.1' is used to store user information.

2.I have a form that asks for the user's name, whenever a reply is received, save the data in '629.2', and search for user information based on the name column to '629.1'.
