PowerApp adn Power Automate Running out of Space Tenant Wide

Greetings, Every new Power Apps and Power automate that gets a trial on my environment eats up 1 GB of space. Since my tenant space is limited I want to: 1. Get a report of the Environments size, who owns it, and the last time it was used. In this manner, I can see which one is not being in use and remove it 2. How do I prevent my users - when getting the free trial - from creating an environment and dataverse and allocating 1 GB 3. Is there a way to disable altogether my users from setup a Power App, Power Automate, and Virtual Agent trial?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @AO34,

I'd recommend setting up the Center of Excellence Starter Kit to give you the visibility and governance controls to manage environments in your tenant.

You can restrict environment creation such that only Power Platform Admins can do this. You can also disable the creation of Trial Environments.

One additional point I'll mention is that trial environments do not count towards your tenants storage capacity.

    Thanks, Chris.

Does the MS Teams type of Environments count toward disk space capacity as well?

    Hi @AO34,

Teams environment types are not counted towards your Dataverse storage capacity. Dataverse for Teams capacity is based on the number of M365 licenses you have. More details here.
