statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error

Hello,

I created PowerApp which is connected to Dynamics 365 and view planned appointments,

I have 3 flows for start, end and edit appointment.

Everything worked for 3 months without any problem, but now and only at one user is problem with running flows,

when user click on button which run flows he gets ""Service returned error.: Startappointment!Run: { "statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error", "activityId": "3ef59f14-b0f5-457f-83f3-309025d035b5" }".

Its strange because its only at one user, for all users it works, but this user cant run any of flows.

User has same privilieges like other users in Dynamics 365 and also in O365.

I tried to re-add license to this user (Dynamics 365), also tried to reassign him security roles.

On powerapps.microsoft.com I check and verify connection to Dynamics 365 and its ok.

I tried run flows on diferent devices (iOS, Windows PC) and same error.

It seems this user account cant run flows (but he could run in past) - like a service cant connect to flow server - on flows.microsoft.com are not any error flows by this user.

Any ideas where can be a problem ?
