I am having issues getting the video to load for "Build your first AI agent" I have tried InPrivate tab, starting over, re-signing in. Nothing seems to work - see screen shot below. The error message is "learnwithpowerup.sharepoint.com refused to connect."

I tested this on my end and was able to reproduce and resolve the behavior.

From your screenshots, the video is hosted on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online) and requires authentication.

Initially, it shows “Please sign in to view this file”. After signing in with my Power Up Program account, the video loaded successfully and the Introduction module played as expected.

This indicates the issue is not with the video itself, but with authentication inside the embedded player.

Recommended steps:

Click Sign in within the video frame and use your Power Up Program account

Or select Open in browser to complete sign-in outside the embedded view

Ensure you are signed into the correct Microsoft account (avoid multiple sessions)

Conclusion:
The video works as expected after proper authentication. If it continues to fail, it is likely due to session conflicts, browser restrictions, or network policies blocking the embedded SharePoint content.
