    Hi

that's odd, that error message is actually when the app service is down

I would try restarting the portals, go again to the admin deter via make.powerapps.com --> apps --> select your portal app --> settings --> administration

in Portal Action select the first tile, Restart Portals

wait a few minutes and try again.. if you are still facing the error, might be worth to open a Support Ticket with Microsoft

    Hi @Anonymous ,

As Oliver mentioned. Try  portal restart that should fix your problem. I have encountered the same error. Below are the steps you could try

    1. Try in incognito window

    2. One of the key thing is make sure you turn off the block cookies like below

    3. Then login with your credentials and see if you can access it.

If it is working then in the normal browser close all of your browser window and try clearing all your "cookies and cache" .
