We recently moved to Customer Voice for our surveys and have a Power Automate Flow which sends out the survey invite succesfully using an Email Template we've setup in Customer Voice as well. Now next to that we have a second Flow which triggers after 7 days based on the Contact not having responded to the survey (e.g. status Sent, Read, Started but not Responded), in order to send them a reminder. For this we also have a second reminder Email Template in Customer Voice. The problem here is that the current Customer Voice connector doesn't have a reminder option. If we call it again in the second flow, it just creates a new Survey Invite for the reminder. The connector doesn't have any options for reminder-like actions based on an existing Survey Invite record (of which the Invitation Sent Date + Invitation Status is ideal to trigger a reminder flow)
While we could go for a reminder email not via the Customer Voice Connector (just a regular Email), my Users are actually designing the Survey and its included Email Templates (and thus the reminder Email Template) in Customer Voice itself which we want to keep there.
Anyone have any ideas?
