Multistep Form loses alignment

We had a multistep form that looked like this (the first tab is based on the Account table) -

We added a couple of columns in the Account Form, published the form and in the power pages studio hit 'Sync' and now the alignment is lost. Instead of two columns in the section, this has become a single column. No idea how to revert this.

Other tabs seem to be intact. Please let me know how to get the alignment back for the first tab.

I deleted the section and recreated the section. I started adding the fields again. As per the form, the sequence should be Year Established to the right of Organization's Phone Number but the portal put the website column where Year Established should be.

And then I add two more fields and the alignment is lost again -

Tried again and now another random alignment -

Once more deleted the section, added the columns again. It is a 2-column section but again the Portal shows up another alignment. It seems to be random each time -

Switched to classic view for the form -

And finally the alignment issue is sorted -
