We have an issue with one of our powers customised SharePoint forms where it fails to a nearly blank screen for some users and loads fine for most. We would like to reset the connections permission pop up for these failing users so they can re consent. Is this possible?
This solution is not good. I have two users of a world-wide usage app that needs to have the pop-up with oportunity to provide consent again and had them deleting the connections, but the app does not popup the consent again.
Any switch that we could add to url to prompt it ?
Hello, following on from this question.
How can we force users to update their connection settings for external users? They can't access the environment via make.powerapps.com because they are external users.
Many thanks in advance

For any users who encounter the issue, ask them to login to make.powerapps.com. Then get them to delete the SharePoint connection.
Upon the next login the user will be prompted to consent again.

Try having one failing user perform these steps:
1. Go to https://make.powerapps.com
2. From the left menu bar, go to Dataverse and then to Connections
3. Click ellipses on the pertinent connection then click Delete
4. Clear all browser and cache, close browser, open browser and sign in again.
5. Open the app again - does the popup show up now?
If above works, have other failing users do same thing.
