Contact Center/Support Center/Platform to open tickets of their concerns

Dear All,

I'm trying to create a contact center/support center-like feature in Power Pages. I'd like to get the community's validation if what I'm doing is feasible, suggestions, or better ways to accomplish this requirement.

1. I created a contact center table in my solution

2. I created a basic form where customers (anonymous/authenticated) could raise their concerns

3. There will be a model-driven app where our team would collect all tickets, and answer them through notes.

4. The customers would then see the notes, accessible on a list when they select edit/view.

But... I saw this video on YouTube. The channel has this functionality in one of the templates in Power Pages, where we can see an update close, cancel, etc. I think this feature is a timeline function but I can't seem to get the timeline/activities to work.

Can someone help, please.

    Hi @Wouter_Kes,

No. I found a community post or advise from a previous post that I made that says the close, reopen, and cancel feature cannot be recreated but only exclusive to the Cases (Incidents) table. If you want to have this feature, you need to manage this table to access this feature. Else, it is not available in any way, at least OOTB.

But please open a separate community post again for this case. The community is extremely helpful and you'll find your answer somehow.

Do you manage to get a timeline on the form of the model driven app, hence did you turn  on "Creating a new activity" on the table properties?
