Power pages multistep form doesn't display on the page after sign in

I have a multistep form on power pages that was working fine before, but after I deleted all records from the table the form was using, the form does not show/display on the page anymore when authenticated, but when I am not authenticated, it displays with a message "You don't have the appropriate permissions.". I would appreciate any assistance on how to resolve this.

Can you also delete records from the table "Multiform Step Session"?

You may have to go via make.powerapps.com --> tables --> all to find them

Thank you @OliverRodrigues , that was the issue, after deleting all records from the Multiform Step Session table, the form is now showing.
