Cascading choices in basic form

Hi everyone, is it possible to have cascading step-type choices in basic forms?

I have three choices. The first choice would change the choice selection in the second. Similar to the third choice, the choice in the second choice would change the list of choices in the third.

Please help, thank you.

Hi @ragavanrajan,

besides embedding a canvas app I could not find a workaround to make the second cascade working. One cascade can be filtered and easy set up. But as you can only reference one option there is, as far as I found out, no way to get a cascade with 2 conditions working - in his case filter for filter first choice and filter second coice.
