Can I increase the Entity list download button maximum of 5000 rows?

Is there a way to increase the maximum number of rows (5000) when downloading records from an entity list?

I use the out of the box download button in the portal.

    Hi Elowy, the Entity List relies on the CDS API Retrieve Multiple message, this by default has limitation of 5000 records

    You can increase that by opening a ticket with Microsoft (at least we could back in the days), but it is not recommended

    I would recommend you to consider adding filters to your entity list

    Hi Oliver,


    Thanks a lot for your reply. I discussed the issue with Microsoft. Unfortunately they cannot change the limit for just my tenant. If they change the limit, that will be for all users that use that (online) server.

     

    So now I created a download page in the portal that triggers a flow. The flow sends the download to the user as an email attachment.
