ONE flow, SEVERAL MS forms to update a Sharepoint list with data and approvals

I have a flow (long-running during the whole procedure up to 30 days) in order to record data and approvals on HR onboarding process on a SharePoint list.

I need to have more than ONE MS form to input data from different managers (direct manager, jurist, security, HR, etc.), they add their information and approval according to and during the procedure.

The first MS form collects data and creates a SharePoint list record properly:

- When a new response is submitted - Get response details - Create Item

Then after some approvals, updating a SharePoint list with the approval status I send an email message to another manager with the link to ANOTHER MS form to add some additional information.

Again I try to collects data and update the same SharePoint list record :

- When a new response is submitted 2 - Get response details 2 - Update Item

... BUT can't find a Dynamic content of a related 'Get response details 2' at ALL (((((

QUESTION: Is it some kind of limitation or my fault?

Is it really possible to accomplish my task?

Please help if you are aware of the details on this topic.

Thanks !

    Just found:  https://tomriha.com/connect-multiple-ms-forms-to-a-single-sharepoint-item-in-power-automate/ ---

Connect multiple MS Forms to a single SharePoint item in Power Automate

    Summary:

There’s no automated way how you could connect multiple MS Forms forms together and use Power Automate to store the information in a single SharePoint item.

    Hi FLMike,

    Thanks for your answer.

Yes, I have at least 2 triggers now for 2 MS Forms - 'When a new response is submitted' because I need to collect some data from managers and store to a SharePoint list during the process. And these forms are different (cover some defferent parts of a SharePoint list)

If it's prohibited, could you please let me know the way on how to collect these answers and save to the same SharePoint list record?

    @OlegK

It would help to see the flow as it sounds like you are placing multiple Triggers in the same flow?

If I have helped you, I would really appreciate if you please Mark my answer as Resolved/Answered, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers
