Power Apps - Image does not display from SharePoint Library in Mobile apps & IE

Hello Team,

 

I am facing an issue while displaying images from SharePoint library on iOS Mobile and IE

 

The following tasks 

1) I have upload images into sharepoint Document Library.

2)  Created new PowerApps and added image control. In Image control i have specified the image path as mentioned below.

     https://xyz.sharepoint.com/sites/abc/forms/DM_Campaign_Images_Library/Summer%20CampaignQ1-26032018LE.jpg    

 

3)  Published the powerApps application. Installed PowerApps in iOS mobile and opened my Power App application after entering login details of my sharepoint site. 

 

4) Image was loaded properly when I was tested in PowerApps webstudio from Chrome browser. However image load was falied to load in mobile and IE browsers.

 

I have attached my appliction session id also.

    Display any image stored anywhere in SharePoint Online, rendered within an app in any resolution / quality as you so desire and highly compressed in size vs. the original image actually stored in SharePoint.

    Hi,

     

    For better assist, it is recommended to create a support tick for such kind of scenarios.

    Mostly I think it should be a loading performance issue. As there is no approach available in forums to check the Session logs directly, opening a ticket would make it more efficient for you to get a quick response.
