Filtering a lookup based on 2 lookup values

Hi,

I am aware that I can filter a lookup based on a related record, so fine so good. However I need to filter the 3rd lookup based on the previous 2 lookup values.

I read about rendering it via entity form metadata as dropdown and then modify it with javascript.

Could anyone assist me with writing the javascript for it?
