How to create SSL certificate for my power pages web site

I want to publish my Power Pages web site with a custom domain. I went to my domain hosting party to order an SSL certificate. They want to have a CSR which for what I know needs to be generated at the (Power Pages) web site. As far as I can see this is not possible so I'm stuck.

How does this process work?
