Hi guys, I'm new to Power Pages, and one of my customers wants to create an election vote that anyone outside of the organization may use to cast a ballot. So, I want to know if Power Pages can display a list of questions and answers for users to select before submitting it, and if any answers from the choices are selected, it will become disable for next questions. And second question is that, could their name and the record be saved to SPO?
You can create a table per vote , the table should contain a text field for each question , and a Boolean field for each answer per question, add fields as many as you want.
Define the form on dataverse , then use the below links to create a page and link it to the table you created and customise it respectively:

When saving the results will be saved in dataverse.
Hi @Mira_Ghaly Thanks for reply, below will be my answer
1. Questions will be changing when the next vote open
2. The answer can be changed per question or static
3. For example. If first question have 3 choice: A, B, C. Then, when some one choose A on first question, it will dissapear or hide when they answer the second question.
Hi @vubalinh
I don't have an example ready on hand so I can guide may be I need to understand more of your requirements to reach an easy way to do it;
1. Is your set of questions static or they keep changing?
2. Are the answers to your question static or they can be changed per question?
3. If you can elaborate more on this point "and if any answers from the choices are selected, it will become disable for next questions. And second question is that", if you can elaborate by example it would be great.
"Yes power pages can do that as long you keep your questions and related answers in DataVerse" @Mira_Ghaly
Hi, Would you mind giving me some details on how to do it? , I'm new to this, so please clarify. It will be a big help for me. Tks a lot!
For sharepoint online yes you can save anything to sharepoint online using a power automate flow trigger on record creation from dataverse.
It is worth trying as well to connect power pages directly to sharepoint using the Dataverse Virtual Connectors: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-AU/product/dynamics-365/mscrm.connector_provider?tab=Overview&exp=ubp8
@Mira_Ghaly Thanks for your answer, Is there any source, links, or picture show how to do that? If you have some it would be great. And SPO mean Sharepoint Online.
Yes power pages can do that as long you keep your questions and related answers in DataVerse .
What do you mean by SPO?
