It's not a network issue. It the connecting parameters that are having an issue.

I am trying to create a Microsoft Power Automate Flow to automatically save email attachments.  From the instruction on youtube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRLaCUFK2TY entitled “How to Save Email Attachments with Power Automate | Power Automate Tutorial” I expected to build a flow but instead I got an error that suggests I have some sort of connection issue.  Maybe it is a permission issue or maybe it has something to do with the fact that I am using Power Automate through my web browser and so I am accessing it from a Microsoft APP from the website, nicholasair.com and the “Employee Login”.  But I am supposed to get this window:

…instead, I get this:

bad.png

And when I click on this red colored wording I get this:

I told my network guy about this and he said "It's not a network issue. It the connecting parameters that are having an issue."

I need to know about these parameter settings and what they should be and how to learn about all this.  Please help.
