Pwer Pages- Anonymous Page = Create a lead if doesn't exist or Update if exists

Hi ,

 

I have created a lead form and added that form on Anonymous page. I want users to fill the form and submit. 

 

PLUS, I want to Create a lead (record) if doesn't exist or Update if exists.

 

Is it possible? I can see only following actions
