Freshdesk Connector Problem

I use the URL I go to when I login to Freshdesk. I use the same email and password for logging in. I can get into Freshdesk itself, fine. However my connector errors and says Test connection failed. Details: The remote name could not be resolved: 'https'. 

 

I have also tried using the API key with no success. My Power Automate group within my company says this is not an issue on their side.
