    Hi @swapnajapatil77 ,

hm, i only get half of the question: when you show a form with existing data on the screen, you usally pass in an id for the existing entry in the dataverse.

Do you want to show the same entry but diffrent attributes/fields of the entry or do you want to show another entry which is may be from another year (for example a report for a specific company for a specifi year)?

The answer depends a little bit on the requirements, may be you could explain a little bit more on that 🙂

    Have fun,

      Christian

    Hi @swapnajapatil77

You can use subgrid-related records for this scenario. Adding reference

as seen in dropdown it is selected 2021 so based on that this form should be updatedas seen in dropdown it is selected 2021 so based on that this form should be updated

As seen in this image the dropdown value is 2021 ...so the form of 2021 should be displayed...and if the user selects any other year the form should get updated

    Hi @swapnajapatil77

You can get a better response if you post it on the right forum.

However, have a look at the following article

This will give you a good idea of what you are after.

    Hope it helps.
