I'm trying to configure my basic form metadata properties and it seems not all options are being presented. I also receive a script error when the page loads.
In portal mgmt when I go to "basic forms > select my form > basic form metadata tab > New", I can create a new basic form metadata record and set it to "attribute", however no other options for further configuration are shown. When the page loads and when I refresh, I also get this script error. Any ideas?
