Attachment Clip Icon Not Visible After Adding Co-Pilot Studio Agent bot into Power Pages

I have created a KYC agent in Co-pilot Studio and added the agent into a Power Pages Portal.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/getting-started/agent-how-to?tabs=enhanced#prerequisites (On How I added the Co-pilot Studio agent to Power Pages)

The first screenshot with 1 shows the KYC bot agent on the co-pilot studio itself with the attachment icon.

The 2nd screenshot with 2 shows the KYC bot agent when it's url is tested in a browser tab with the attachment icon

The 3rd screenshot with 3 shows the KYC bot integrated with power pages but the attachment icon is not visible.

Please any help will be appreciated as to how I can embed the bot agent into power pages and still retain it's full functionalities.

Thank You

Ayo

    Hello  ,

    Greetings!

it sounds like you’ve successfully set up a KYC agent using Co-pilot Studio and added that agent to your Power Pages portal. You see the attachment/clip icon when previewing the bot in Co-pilot Studio and when testing its direct URL in a browser—but the attachment icon disappears after embedding the agent into Power Pages.

This behavior often points to compatibility or permissions issues:
    • Feature Limitation: Sometimes, the portal integration intentionally limits or customizes the features available from the standalone bot. Not all Co-pilot Studio functionalities (like attachment uploads) are exposed in Power Pages unless explicitly supported.
    • Permissions: The Power Pages site might not grant the necessary file upload or attachment permissions natively, or specific configuration steps may be required to enable those features.
    • Embedding Differences: The embedding method (iFrame, script, etc.) could impact how UI elements render or which features are included.
    • Preview vs. Production Differences: There might be slight differences between preview/test environments and what’s finally rendered in Power Pages.
    What you can try:
    1. Double-check the official documentation about embedding Co-pilot Studio agents into Power Pages, and look for any mention of limitations or extra configuration steps for attachments.
    2. Review the Power Pages portal’s site settings and user roles to ensure upload permissions are enabled where needed.
    3. If possible, inspect the browser console for blocked content or JavaScript errors when you’re on the portal page with the embedded agent.
    4. If this feature is critical, try reaching out in the Power Platform Community or open a Microsoft support ticket—Microsoft updates features regularly, and direct guidance or roadmap insight might clarify whether full attachment support is (or will soon be) possible inside Power Pages.
Hope this helps you troubleshoot and get the full functionality you need!

    Best regards,
    Jerald Felix

Have you found a solution to this problem? I need to perform the same implementation, but I am stuck at the same stage.
