Is it possible to distinguish between different portal users when looking at Created By, Modified By and Owner columns?

I have two portal users, Harry and Hermione, who sign onto the portal using AD B2C and as expected they are listed in the Contacts table.

In the table below, Harry created and Hermione amended the first record via the portal. The other records were created by me directly in Dataverse and presumably they would also show my name if I had added them via Powerapps.

It looks as though the Created By, Modified By and Owner columns will show (in my case for a the Pagoda website) #Portals-Pagoda for all portal users, irrespective of which portal user performed the action. This is poor for usability and poor for auditing.

When I look at the Users table, I can see both the #Portals-Pagoda record and my own Active Directory record.

So it looks like all portal users will use the #Portals-Pagoda record to populate the Created By, Modified By and Owner columns.

Is there a workaround to this?

Its good to know there is a solution. It is less good to consider the amount of extra configuration that will be required to implement this solution on every table used by portal users.
